1.   Southeastern Michigan Chapter. They offer a 90-hour program for $1,000 that will prepare you to work in long-term care facilities. Fifty-five skills are taught to participants and at the end of the program, you will be eligible to take the Michigan Nurse Aide Competency Evaluation for State Certification.

2.   Northeast Florida Chapter (Jacksonville). Their seven-week training program is offered with day or evening classes. Tuition is $675.  

3.   Inland Empire Chapter (San Bernardino, California). CNA certification classes is 160 hours for $1,750. This chapter claims 99 percent of its students pass the State Board Competency Evaluations. You also earn CPR/AED certification after the program.
