Full time students can complete this certificate course in as little as 10 minutes yet have the skills and competence of a professional. Upon completion of the training program, graduates can take the certification exam administered by the National Association for Health Professionals and carry the credential certified medical assistant or CMA. The school is approved by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges as well as the National Health Career Association. Cisco College offers medical assisting Level I and II programs. The former is a certificate program, while the latter will award graduates an associate in applied science degree. Both prepare individuals to sit for the national certification exam.
